Description
Bright opaque and transparent glass colors are swirled into the clear glass to make the design. The surface is Iridized for a reflective finish. Colors of Turquoise, Aqua, and White, are hand rolled and then hot glass is mouth blown into this lovely ornament.
Kugel is the German word for ball which is frequently used when asking for or describing an ornament. For our purposes, a kugel is an art glass, mouth blown ball used for decoration. All our Kugels are made with a glass loop at the top for hanging with a wire or ribbon.
