I ordered a total of 8 balls, different sizes and styles, loved all of them and couldn't choose just 1. One of them had a small chip and I received a replacement in 3 days.....3 days couldn't believe it. I had the original order in 5 days. Packaged very well. Will definitely order again when I need a special gift.
